Test Reservations

Test reservations must be made at least 1 working day in advance of the required test date.Reservations may be made by calling CALL CENTER at 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M. (Reservations by Email are not accepted)

Organizations must send the completed “Corporate Test Request Form” by Email: test_reservations@cpathailand.co.th at least 1 working day in advance of the requested test date. Seats are based on availability at the time requests are received.

Test takers who require the use of medical devices of any kind during the test such as hearing aids, heart monitors, insulin pumps, wheelchair, or require special testing procedures such as Braille tests or special readers for the Hearing Impaired must inform CPA Call Center at least 7 working days in advance of the required test date by calling CPA Call Center (ext.603) Monday – Saturday 08.00 A.M. – 04.30 P.M. Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CALL CENTER Monday-Friday 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M.

In case Test Takers want to Re-Test, reservations can only be made after the score of the previous test has been issued. However, the following lapse period between each test applies

2. Foreign Nationals who hold – Original valid Thai Work Permit or – Original valid Student Card or – valid documentation from Thai Ministry of Education to certify current status as a Full-Time student	3 Calendar days after the test date
3. Foreign Nationals who do not hold the above (2.) documents		12 Calendar days after the test date

Remarks: : Should an examinee re-test before the allowed period, the score from that specific re-test will be nullified and the test fee will not be refunded.

Test Day Procedures

Test takers may only check-in at the scheduled time given for each test session reserved at least one (1) hour before the scheduled test time. Check-In and Register counters will be closed 10 minutes before test time. All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In. In case of no-show or late arrivals, all previously reserved test seats will be released to Standby test takers. Any Test Taker who fails to appear at the test center in time for a test or fails to cancel the reservation AT LEAST one (1) working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 3,500 Baht (Speaking & Writing) or 2250 Baht (Speaking only) added to their next test fee.

Documents Required on the Test Day

Identification requirements are strictly enforced. It is the Test Taker’s responsibility to read and understand the instructions and requirements. Test Takers who arrive at the Test Center without all required documentation will not be admitted to the test. All submitted documents must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible. All takers must use the exact same name and information that appears on each of the identification documents required for each Test Taker category.

    * NOTE: For Thai Digital Work Permits, foreign National Test Takers must complete all the following steps:

- - Show their digital work permit using the official mobile application at the check-in counter on the test date.
  - Submit a signed printed hard copy of both sides of digital work permit from the official mobile application

The test, MUST SUBMIT one of the following documents

Original ID card for Persons with Disabilities or
Medical Certificate with the following details;
- Original, or Copy of the Medical Certificate from hospitals recognized by the Ministry of Public Health
- Content stated the necessity of using medical devices of any kind during the test
- Issued within 2 years before the test date.

Remarks: CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny entry to the test room if the required documents are not clear or not presented at the test center on the test day.

Remark:

After booking your test, you will receive the payment information through your email on the same day.
After the payment has been submitted, please kindly also attach the proof of payment through Email: speakingwriting_test@cpathailand.co.th also write down your information as follows : name, date of birth, ID number for Thai citizens or passport number for foreigner, time and test date which you have reserved date and time
Upon receiving payment confirmation, CPA (Thailand) will send email confirmation along with information on test regulations after receiving payment.

Test Rules

Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule. All required documents must be presented during Check-In. Test seats will be released to Standby test takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative Penalty Fee will be added to the No-Show and Late Arrival test taker’s next test fee
No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors.
Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material.
Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred.
Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS.
CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports.

Remarks :
• For In-House Test Takers, Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items.
• Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

Failure of any examinee to abide by these policies and procedures may result in the examinee being refused entry into the test room, or the test result not being scored

Remarks: :

If “Pick-Up & EMS Sent Out Day” falls on a public holiday, scores will be sent out on the next working day.
The original Score Report can be picked up within 90 days after the test
For EMS, CPA (Thailand) will send out Score Reports on the day stated in the table above. The receiving day depends on local Postal Office operations.

For Score Pick-Up, all required documents stated below must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible. Name (English) and Identification number or passport number must be exactly the same as appearing on each of the identification documents.

Remarks : CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny releasing Score to any Test Taker or Designee if the required documents are not clear or not presented.
