On-Site Testing

(Only for Organization-Affiliated and Educational Programs)

CPA (Thailand) provides ON-SITE TOEIC® Listening & Reading Test (Institutional Test) for Organization-Affiliated, and Educational or Academic sector clients, hereafter referred to as” Organization(s)” that have already signed Annual Letters of Agreement (LOA) with CPA (Thailand). CPA (Thailand) administers On-Site Testing under standardized CPA (Thailand) test administration regulations and policies.

Test Schedule / Test Locations

On -Site Test Administrations can be scheduled on days and at times requested by the Organization during regular CPA(Thailand) official work days (Monday – Saturday) and hours (08:00am-04:30pm) with the exception of National holidays and CPA (Thailand) Office holidays.

CPA (Thailand) offers On-Site testing at client location on request, provided that the required minimum number of examinees per test administration, and standard test room facility requirements are met. CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to inspect test room facilities before confirming the test.

Photographs, or any other form of media recording is strictly prohibited and will be considered a direct violation of test security. Should photographs be required by any organization for internal reporting purposes, please contact CPA Test Reservation Department directly at test_reservations@cpathailand.co.th at least 5 working days in advance of the requested test date. Please note that any and all photographs must only be taken by CPA(Thailand)

Test Reservations

For Organization Affiliated / Education Testing (Annual Letter of Agreement signed)

Organization / Education Institute coordinators can contact Test Reservation Department Monday-Saturday between 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M.

  • Bangkok Test Center: 02-260-7061, 02 259 3990 ext. 101 or ext. 603 for English speakers
  • Chiangmai Test Center: 0-5324-1273 to 5  

Organizations must send the completed “Corporate Test Request Form (On-Site)” to Email: test_reservations@cpathailand.co.th at least 7 working days in advance of the requested test date.

Payment Policies

SERVICE FEE

  1. Test Fees
    Test Fees for Organization Affiliated / Educational clients, are specified by Category and Program choices stated in the Letter of Agreement (LOA) of each organization.  
  2. Additional Charges
    All actual travel costs and expenses* incurred for test administration outside of Bangkok Metropolitan or Chiangmai areas will be charged to the organization. 
    *Travel costs and expenses include travel charges, accommodation charges, test facility charges, etc.

    PAYMENT METHODS
    Payments for test administrations can be paid in cash on the test day or billed directly to the organization.

Test Day Procedures

Test Takers may only check-in at the scheduled time given for each reserved test session 1 hour before the scheduled test time. Check-In and Register counters will be closed 15 minutes before test time.  All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In.

Documents Required on the Test Day

Identification requirements are strictly enforced. All submitted documents must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible. Test Takers must use the exact same name and information that appears on each of the identification documents required for each Test Taker category.

For Thai National Test Takers

1. PERSONAL Test Takers

  • Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or
    Original Valid Passport

2. ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION Test Takers (Letter of Agreement signed)

  1. Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or Original Valid Passport    and
  2. Original Valid Employee Identification card with photo   or

Remarks: CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny entry to the test room if the required documents are not clear or not presented at the test center on the test day.

Test Rules and Regulations

  1. Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule. All required documents must be presented during Check-In. Test seats will be released to Standby Test Takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative No-Show and Late Arrival Penalty Fee will be added to the Test Taker’s next test fee
  2. No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
  3. No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
  4. Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors. 
  5. Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
  6. Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material. 
  7. Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred. 
  8. Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
  9. TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS. 
  10. CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports.

        Remarks

  •  Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items. 
  • Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

Test Result Release Schedule

          TOEIC® Test Results will be sent to the Designated Test Coordinator of each organization (stated in the On-Site Test Request Form). The Score availability day depends on the Test Volume for each test administration as indicated in the following table.

      Test Takers with self-pick-up authorization from the organization, may choose to receive their Score Report by Self Pick-up at Test Center or sent by Express Mail Service (EMS) for a Fee of 50 Baht.

Test Reservations

PERSONAL TESTING

Test reservations must be made at least 1 working day in advance of the required test date.  Reservations may be made by calling CALL CENTER, Monday-Saturday between 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M. (Reservations by Email are not accepted.)

ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION TESTING

DISABILITIES AND HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS TESTING

Test Takers who require the use of medical devices of any kind during the test such as hearing aids, heart monitors, insulin pumps, wheelchairs, or require special testing procedures such as Braille tests or special readers for the hearing Impaired must inform CPA Call Center at least 3 weeks in advance of the required test date by calling CPA Call Center (ext.101) 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CPA CALL CENTER, 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M at least 1 working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date. Otherwise, Test Takers will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht added to their next test fee.

RE-TEST POLICY

 In case Test Takers want to Re-Test, reservations can only be made after the score of the previous test has been issued. However, the following lapse period between each test applies

Test Takers may select the score pick-up method when registration. Score pick-up method cannot be changed after entering the test rooms.   Express Mail Services (EMS) fee is 50 baht. (Payable in cash on the test day)

Test Rules

  1. Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule.  All required documents must be presented during Check-In.  Test seats will be released to Standby test takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative Penalty Fee will be added to the No-Show and Late Arrival test taker’s next test fee
  2. No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
  3. No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
  4. Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors. 
  5. Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
  6. Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material. 
  7. Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred. 
  8. Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
  9. TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS. 
  10. CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports.

 Remarks :
For In-House Test Takers, Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items.
Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

Failure of any examinee to abide by these policies and procedures may result in the examinee being refused entry into the test room, or the test result not being scored

Test Reservations

PERSONAL TESTING

Test reservations must be made at least 1 working day in advance of the required test date.  Reservations may be made by calling CALL CENTER, Monday-Saturday between 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M. (Reservations by Email are not accepted.)

ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION TESTING

DISABILITIES AND HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS TESTING

RESERVATION CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CPA CALL CENTER, 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M at least 1 working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date. Otherwise, Test Takers will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht added to their next test fee.

All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In.  In case of no-show or late arrivals, an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht will be applied and added to test taker’s next test fee.

Remarks: In cases where specialized proctors are needed, there will be the professional fee of 1,000 THB per test added to the regular test fee. CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to inform the specialized proctor of the each Test Taker’s needs and requirements.

Test Rules

    1. Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule.  All required documents must be presented during Check-In.  Test seats will be released to Standby test takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative Penalty Fee will be added to the No-Show and Late Arrival test taker’s next test fee 
    2. No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
    3. No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
    4. Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors. 
    5. Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
    6. Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material. 
    7. Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred. 
    8. Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
    9. TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS. 
    10. CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports

    • For In-House Test Takers, Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items. 
    • Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

TOEIC Bridge® Listening & Reading Test (Institutional Test)

(On-Site Testing)

(Only For Organization-Affiliated and Educational Programs)

CPA (Thailand) provides ON-SITE TOEIC® Bridge Listening & Reading Test (Institutional Test) for Organization-Affiliated, and Educational or Academic sector clients, hereafter referred to as” Organization(s)” that have already signed Annual Letters of Agreement (LOA) with CPA (Thailand). CPA (Thailand) administers On-Site Testing under standardized CPA (Thailand) test administration regulations and policies.

Test Schedule / Test Locations

On -Site Test Administrations can be scheduled on days and at times requested by the Organization within regular CPA(Thailand) official work days (Monday – Saturday) and hours (08:00am-04:30pm) with the exception of National holidays and CPA (Thailand) Office holidays. 

CPA (Thailand) offers On-Site testing at client location on request, provided that the required minimum number of examinees per test administration, and standard test room facility requirements are met.  CPA(Thailand) reserves the right to inspect test room facilities before confirming the test. 

Photographs, or any other form of media recording is strictly prohibited and will be considered a direct violation of test security. Should photographs be required by any organization for internal reporting purposes, please contact CPA Test Reservation Department directly at test_reservations@cpathailand.co.th at least 5 working days in advance of the requested test date. Please note that any and all photographs must only be taken by CPA(Thailand)

SERVICE FEE

  1. Test Fees
    Test Fees for Organization Affiliated / Educational clients, are specified by Category and Program choices stated in the Letter of Agreement (LOA) of each organization.  

  2. Additional Charges
    All actual travel costs and expenses* incurred for test administration outside of Bangkok Metropolitan or Chiangmai areas will be charged to the organization. 

    *Travel costs and expenses include travel charges, accommodation charges, test facility charges, etc.

    PAYMENT METHODS

          The payment for test administrations can be paid in cash on the test day or billed directly to the organization.

Test Day Procedures

Test Takers may only check-in at the scheduled time given for each reserved test session 1 hour before the scheduled test time.   Check-In and Register counters will be closed 10 minutes before test time. All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In.  In case of no-show or late arrivals, an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht will be applied and added to test taker’s next test fee.

Identification requirements are strictly enforced.  All submitted documents must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible.  Test Takers must use the exact same name and information that appears on each of the identification documents required for each Test Taker category.

For Thai National Test Takers

Test Reservations

PERSONAL TESTING

DISABILITIES AND HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS TESTING

RESERVATION CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CPA CALL CENTER, 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M at least 1 working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date. Otherwise, Test Takers will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 2,000 Baht added to their next test fee.

RE-TEST POLICY

 In case Test Takers want to Re-Test, reservations can only be made after the score of the previous test has been issued. However, the following lapse period between each test applies

RemarksCPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny releasing Score to any Test Taker or Designee if the required documents are not clear or not presented.

TOEIC® Listening & Reading Test (Institutional Test)

OPEN TESTING

          “CPA (Thailand) Open Testing” offers TOEIC® Listening & Reading Test (Institutional Program) test administrations in areas outside Bangkok for Personal (non-organization affiliated Test Takers), and Organization Affiliated Test Takers Off-Site, based on CPA(Thailand) Test Schedules.  “CPA (Thailand) Open Testing” is organized and administered only by CPA(Thailand) under standardized CPA (Thailand) test administration regulations and policies.

Test Reservations

PERSONAL TESTING

Test reservations must be made at least 1 working day in advance of the required test date.  Reservations may be made by calling CALL CENTER, Monday-Saturday between 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M. (Reservations by Email are not accepted.)

ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION TESTING

Organization / Education Institute coordinators must send the completed “Corporate Test Request Form” to Email: test_reservations@cpathailand.co.th at least 1 working day in advance of the requested test date.  Seats are based on availability at the time requests are received.

DISABILITIES AND HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS TESTING

Test Takers who require the use of medical devices of any kind during the test such as hearing aids, heart monitors, insulin pumps, wheelchairs, or require special testing procedures such as Braille tests or special readers for the hearing Impaired must inform CPA Call Center at least 3 weeks in advance of the required test date by calling CPA Call Center (ext.101) 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CPA CALL CENTER, 08:00 A.M. – 04:30 P.M at least 1 working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date. Otherwise, Test Takers will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht added to their next test fee.

RE-TEST POLICY

 In case Test Takers want to Re-Test, reservations can only be made after the score of the previous test has been issued. However, the following lapse period between each test applies

Remarks: : Should an examinee re-test before the allowed period, the score from that specific re-test will be nullified and the test fee will not be refunded.

PROCESS OF PAYMENT TRANSFER FOR TEST CONFIRMATION
  • Before 17.00 hours of the day of making reservation, each Test Taker / Organization will receive an email with bank transfer information and Google Form Link
  • Test Takers / organizations are required to send payment evidence (ex. Bank pay slip / voucher / activation coupon) through Google Form Link by 22.00 hours on the same day the test reservation is made. 
  • Upon receiving payment confirmation, CPA (Thailand) will send email confirmation along with the Information for Test Takers within 1 working day after receiving payment.
  • For Test Takers / Organizations requesting for Tax Receipts 
    • Requests for Receipts / Tax Invoices must be received in advance of the test day. Requests made on the test day will not be accepted.
    • The request must be made through Google Form Link : “Payment Document Submission and Tax Invoice Request Form”
    • Tax receipts will be issued per information provided in the Google Form Link and changes cannot be made after issuance.

Remarks:

    • If CPA (Thailand)does not receive payment confirmation documents from the test taker within the required timeframe, the test reservation with automatically be cancelled.
    • On receipt of payment, test reservations cannot be changed or cancelled and test fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    • Test reservations will be considered complete and final when Test Takers received a confirmation email from CPA (Thailand).  Should an email not be received please contact the CPA Call Center within CPA office hours.

Test Day Procedures

Test Takers may only check-in at the scheduled time given for each reserved test session 1 hour before the scheduled test time.   Check-In and Register counters will be closed 10 minutes before test time. All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In.  In case of no-show or late arrivals, an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht will be applied and added to test taker’s next test fee.

Identification requirements are strictly enforced.  All submitted documents must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible.  Test Takers must use the exact same name and information that appears on each of the identification documents required for each Test Taker category.

For Thai National Test Takers

1. PERSONAL Test Takers

  • Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or
    Original Valid Passport

2. ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION Test Takers (Letter of Agreement signed)

    • Issued within 2 years before the test date. 

Remarks: CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny entry to the test room if the required documents are not clear or not presented at the test center on the test day.

Test Rules & Regulations

  1. Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule.  All required documents must be presented during Check-In.  Test seats will be released to Standby test takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative Penalty Fee will be added to the No-Show and Late Arrival test taker’s next test fee
  2. No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
  3. No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
  4. Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors. 
  5. Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
  6. Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material. 
  7. Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred. 
  8. Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
  9. TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS. 
  10. CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports.

 Remarks :
For In-House Test Takers, Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items.
Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

Score Pick-Up

Test Takers may select the score pick-up method when registration. Score pick-up method cannot be changed after entering the test rooms.   Express Mail Services (EMS) fee is 50 baht. (Payable in cash on the test day)
