CPA (Thailand) can administer tests for Test Takers with for Disabilities and Health-related Needs who require the use of medical devices of any kind during the test such as hearing aids, heart monitors, insulin pumps, wheelchairs or require special testing procedures such as Braille tests or special readers for the Hearing Impaired.

Test Reservations

Personal and Organizational Affiliated / Education Testing

Test reservations:   Tests for Test Takers with for Disabilities and Health-related Needs must be made at least 3-8 weeks in advance of the required test date.  Stand by and walk-in registration for Test Takers with special needs are not accepted.

Test reservations may be made by calling CALL CENTER, Monday-Saturday between 08.00 A.M.- 04.30 P.M. at which time requests for special test arrangements must be indicated.  Email Reservations are not accepted.   Test Takers requiring special testing accommodations will be informed about procedures and all required supporting documents.  All requests for special needs must be approved in accordance with CPA (Thailand) policies and procedures. While Test Takers can request preferred test days and times,  actual test days will only be confirmed by CPA (Thailand) based on existing schedules and commitments.

FOR TEST TAKERS WHO REQUIRE THE USE OF MEDICAL DEVICES OF ANY KIND DURING THE TEST

Test takers who require the use of medical devices of any kind during the test such as hearing aids, heart monitors, insulin pumps, wheelchair or require special testing procedures such as Braille tests, Large-print formats or special readers for the Hearing Impaired, must notify CPA (Thailand) at the time of making test reservations.  Approval for test reservations may take up to eight weeks in advance of the required test .

RESERVATION CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

Test Cancellation or Postponement must be made by calling CALL CENTER, 08:00 AM. – 04:30 PM. at least 1 working day (not including Public Holidays) prior to the scheduled test date.  Otherwise, Test Takers will have an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) added to their next test fee. 



RE-TEST POLICY

 In case Test Takers want to Re-Test, reservations can only be made after the score of the previous test has been issued. However, the following lapse period between each test applies

Remarks: : Should an examinee re-test before the allowed period, the score from that specific re-test will be nullified and the test fee will not be refunded.

Test Day Procedures

Test Takers may only check-in at the scheduled time given for each reserved test session 1 hour before the scheduled test time.   Check-In and Register counters will be closed 10 minutes before test time. All required documents must be presented at the time of Check-In.  In case of no-show or late arrivals, an administrative charge (Penalty Fee) of 500 Baht will be applied and added to the test taker’s next test fee. 

Documents Required on the Test Day

Identification requirements are strictly enforced.  All submitted documents must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible.  Test Takers must use the exact same name and information that appears on each of the identification documents required for each Test Taker category.

For Thai National Test Takers

1. PERSONAL Test Takers

  • Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or
    Original Valid Passport

2. ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED / EDUCATION Test Takers (Letter of Agreement signed)

  1. Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or Original Valid Passport    and
  2. Original Valid Employee Identification card with photo   or

For Foreign National Test Takers

  • Studying in Thailand
  1. Original Valid Passport PLUS
  2. Original Valid Full-time Student Identification Card OR Original Valid Documentation to certify current attendance at a Thai Ministry of Education Certified Secondary level or University level institute as a Full-Time Student (issued within thirty (30) days before the test date). PLUS
  3. Original Valid Voucher or Coupon (If any)
  • Working in Thailand with Work Permit
    1. Original Valid Passport PLUS
    2. Original Valid Company ID Card PLUS
    3. Original Valid Voucher or Coupon (If any) 
    4. Work Permit

The test, MUST SUBMIT one of the following documents

  • Original ID card for Persons with Disabilities    or
  • Medical Certificate with the following details;
    • Original, or Copy of the Medical Certificate from hospitals recognized by the Ministry of Public Health
    • Content stated the necessity of using medical devices of any kind during the test
    • Issued within 2 years before the test date. 

Remarks: CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny entry to the test room if the required documents are not clear or not presented at the test center on the test day.

Remarks: In cases where specialized proctors are needed, there will be the professional fee of 1,000 THB per test added to the regular test fee. CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to inform the specialized proctor of the each Test Taker’s needs and requirements.

Test Rules

    1. Test Takers may only Check-In and Register at given times for the reserved test schedule.  All required documents must be presented during Check-In.  Test seats will be released to Standby test takers in case of No-Show or Late Arrivals, or when required documents are not presented. An administrative Penalty Fee will be added to the No-Show and Late Arrival test taker’s next test fee 
    2. No electronic devices; weapons or weapon-like or metal devices of any kind; USB, flash drives, SIM cards, watches of any kind, medication; lozenges; documents or stationery, personal belongings or any other belongings deemed non-allowable in the test room by CPA (Thailand) are permitted in the test room.
    3. No Test Taker will be admitted into the test room after the time designated by Test Center.
    4. Test Takers will not be allowed to select their own test seat but must be seated in the test room as assigned by test room proctors. 
    5. Test Takers will not be allowed to leave the test room at any time without permission from the Senior Proctor and will be required to remain in the assigned test room seat until the end of the test.
    6. Test Takers are not allowed to write, mark or underline words, make notes in the Test Book or the Answer Sheet, or any other material. 
    7. Test Takers must only focus on their own Test Books and Answer Sheets. Penalties issued from attempts to give or receive unauthorized assistance of any kind, before or during the test administration, may result in dismissal from the test room, or invalidation of the Test Taker’s test results. Fees for Answer Sheets that are not scored due to a violation of test room policies are not refunded. Test Takers may be banned from future testing if such violations are determined to have occurred. 
    8. Reservations for Re-Tests can be made after the score for the most recent test has been issued. Required intervals between each test are as indicated by CPA (Thailand). If Test Takers Re-Test before the required intervals, that test will not be scored and the test fee will not be refunded.
    9. TOEIC test items are protected by Copyright Law as Property of ETS. For this reason, ETS’s TOEIC test items must not be disclosed or reprinted without written permission by ETS. 
    10. CPA (Thailand) has the full authority to conduct interviews and validate scores before releasing Score Reports

        Remarks :

    • For In-House Test Takers, Individual lockers are NOT provided. While shelving is provided for personal belongings, CPA (Thailand) accepts no responsibility for any left items. 
    • Test Takers who fail to follow test center policies or proctor instructions may be refused entry into the test room. Tests may be canceled and test fees may NOT be refunded.

 

Score Pick-Up

          Test Takers may select the score pick-up method when registration. Score pick-up method cannot be changed after entering the test rooms.   Express Mail Services (EMS) fee will be applied. (Payable in cash on the test day)

      Remarks:

  • Express Mail Services (EMS) fee depends on each test. (Payable in cash on the test day.)
  • If “Pick-Up & EMS Sent out Day” falls on a public holiday, scores will be sent out on the next working day.
  • The original Score Report can be picked up within 90 days after the test. 
  • For EMS, CPA (Thailand) will send out Score Reports on the day stated in the table above. The receiving day depends on local Postal Office operations.

          For Score Pick-Up, all required documents stated below must be complete and undamaged with all information clearly legible and visible.  Name (English) and Identification number or passport number must be exactly the same as appearing on each of the identification documents.

  1. Original Valid Thai National ID Card  or
    – Original Valid Thai Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or
    – Original Valid Passport
  2. Original TOEIC® Test Registration Form

For Third Party Pick-Up

  1. Original Valid Test Taker’s THAI National ID Card  or   THAI  Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or   Valid Passport 
  2. Original Valid Designee’s THAI National ID Card  or   THAI Electronic Driver’s License (Smart Card)  or   Valid Passport 
  3. Original TOEIC® Test Registration Form
    (All documents that have been lost, misplaced, stolen, or are otherwise not available must be replaced with an official government report form (such as Police Report, Temporary Government Document Receipt).
  4. Original Complete Proxy Document (With Test Takers original signature) (any form)
    – Proxy Form on the back of TOEIC® Test Registration Form
    – General Proxy Form
    CPA (Thailand) Proxy Form (can be requested via email : clientservices@cpathailand.co.th)
    – A copy of Test Taker’s Identification Document.  In such document, each Test taker must identify name, identification or passport number of Designee, purpose of the proxy and the allowance of Personal Data disclosure.

Remarks:
CPA (Thailand) reserves the right to deny releasing Score to any Test Taker or Designee if the required documents are not clear or not presented.
