Royal Thai Naval Academy and CPA (Thailand) Sign Letter of Agreement to Enhance English Proficiency Among Naval Cadets
On August 4, 2026, Vice Admiral Panom Kuanpradit, Commandant, Royal Thai Naval Academy, and Ms. Anilin Trakulthong, Chief Marketing Officer of the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand), or CPA (Thailand), jointly signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) at the Royal Thai Naval Academy to establish cooperation in administering the TOEIC test for naval cadets.
This collaboration aims to promote and develop the English language skills of naval cadets while preparing them for their future roles and responsibilities as personnel serving in various units of the Royal Thai Navy. The TOEIC test will serve as one of the tools to support cadets in systematically assessing and developing their English language proficiency.
Furthermore, strengthening English communication skills will enhance the cadets’ overall communication capabilities and better prepare them for future opportunities in further education, career development, and effective performance in their professional roles.
