On January 15, 2026, Chonburi Technological College held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with higher education institutions and business organizations, along with the opening of the Academic Exhibition for the 2025 Academic Year at Leelawadee Auditorium, Chonburi Technological College. The event aimed to promote educational collaboration and enhance students’ potential in alignment with the needs of industry and the digital-era labor market.

On this occasion, Ms. Anilin Trakulthong, Chief Marketing Officer of the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand), or CPA (Thailand), participated in the signing of the MOU with Chonburi Technological College to establish a TOEIC Authorized Test Campus. The campus will facilitate TOEIC testing in both paper-based and computer-based formats, providing convenient access to testing services for students as well as the general public. This collaboration aims to support the development of English language proficiency and expand opportunities for further education and future career advancement.
