 Score Review

All TOEIC® Listening & Reading scores are reviewed before being released by the Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand).

Should, for any reason, a score be deemed to fall outside of the Standard Error of Measure as identified by the Educational Testing Service,  the score may be held for release pending an oral interview with a Certified Interviewer.

Test takers with scores that require review will be contacted by the Center for Professional Assessment in order to schedule a personal interview.

Should the test taker fail to perform at the expected Speaking level, as supported by empirical evidence on language skill correlation conducted by the Educational Testing Service (www.ets.org/Media/Research/pdf/RR-89-39.pdf...  www.ets.org/Media/Research/pdf/RR-04-16.pdf), or, should the test taker refuse to participate in the interview (failure to respond to interview questions is taken as Refusal to Participate) a Complimentary TOEIC® Listening & Reading Re-Test can be scheduled within thirty (30) calendar days of the original test date.  Any test taker who refuses the Re-Test will not have his/her original test fee returned.

Should a Re-Test be required, the original test score is expunged from the system and the re-test score is automatically released.
